So time to look at what August will bring: it sure will be busy! Taking two weeks vacation will definitely be some great time to recharge the batteries but I still think that I need to prepare for that time as well as the subsequent 2 weeks, so here goes!
I’ve broken down August into 4 entries and this is the 1st one – worst part is that I just now looked at the calendar and, with this week, August has 5 Fridays (that’s the day I usually post my weekly blog). I could forego this week and start next week but hey, where’s the fun in that so I guess we’ll be working to put in another week after these 4!
My other plan is to have 3 videos set-up for Tik Tok for each week. I may be pushing my luck to get all of these done but I just wondered if I could really get those done and, more importantly, change the bad habit I have of misusing my availability time.
So, writing up this first blog I’m really wondering? what should I be talking about? Well, truth be told, why not talk about the fact that I need to be doing 3 videos for Tik Tok for each week and I have no idea what to talk about nor how long it will take to get them done!
And in comes the Affiliate System (AS) Community and a good colleague (and hopefully a good friend now) Vanessa. She shares a BluePrint for Tik Tok Growth that could essentially be the talking point for my videos.
You see, when you start off doing videos for Tik Tok, you not only have not idea what to talk about, you also don’t have any organizational chart as well as any information as to “what works” on Tik Tok.
One thing we have to first confirm: Tik Tok isn’t for kids anymore. There are plenty of other content and, if I have to be honest, to me it’s an amalgamation of YouTube, Facebook and Instagram all plugged into one program. It’s probably the best way to reach out and find new customers in a traffic venue that has thousands of views and millions of followers.
Granted, I won’t churn out thousands of subscribers and followers in the next month but I’m sure that if I set-up my videos to have a growing reach and good open-rate (that’s a calculation of who receives the videos, opens them and views them for at least a defined period of time), I’ll be able to grow my subscription monthly and attain a fairly good size by the end of the year – which is my goal. Let’s not forget: it’s a marathon here and it will take time.
The great part about Tik Tok is that, as long as your content is performing to their algorithms content (that’s definitely the trick), Tik Tok will show your content to an ever increasing amount of viewers. The more authoritative your content, the more it will be shown, and that’s the simple way of stating that part.
So because of the videos I’m also creating, I’ll try to keep my weekly blogs to about half of what I usually write on a weekly basis – time is of the essence and I definitely want to keep you enthralled in all of this – and really, I want you to go check out my videos and tell me how to get them to be better!
So here’s to week 1 of my August blogs being done! Go check out my videos on Tik Tok and let me know how I can make better ones!
Like what you’re reading or have questions? Don’t be shy, write it up in the comments section for me to reply and more importantly, don’t forget to subscribe!

Hi Marc, It’s great to hear of your plans/goals moving forward. Wow, and 5 Fridays!! Maybe that extra day will add to my ability to get the FB Lead ads up and running!!
Tik Tok is a great platform! I’ll have to look for you there.
Hi Kate,
Appreciate your great comment! Here’s to you getting that lead ad up and running like you want it to!
Great! I like shorter posts. Well done on finding your content for this one especially when you thought you’d have nothing to talk about. Not only did you have plenty to say but it was a darn good read to boot. I watched all your videos. You come across very well and have a great presence on screen. Only one criticism; the lighting in the latest one could be better. Keep them coming, you’re doing great!
Hi Andy,
Thanks for your great review – and (what you call criticism but I call a great comment LOL) – You have a great point, I have to get that lighting working for me on the next videos!
thank you!
Hi Marc,
It sounds like you have a busy and exciting August planned! Kudos to you for tackling both a vacation and a structured content schedule. Vanessa’s Blueprint for TikTok Growth seems like a great resource, and I can’t wait to see your videos!
Your approach to managing time and setting realistic goals is inspiring. I’m looking forward to following your journey and learning from your experiences.
Best of luck!
Meredith
Hi Meredith,
Thank you for your great comment. I believe that by managing my time in a more realistic way, based on what time I have and can work my business, I won’t face the disappointments I so often had in the past.
All the best!

Hi Ken,
Great short comment and wishing you the same as well! Being on vacation will definitely be a challenge but I think that the way I’ve worked out my month, I should come out ahead – whatever happens!
All the best!
Hey Marc,
What a fantastic detailed breakdown of your August action plan! I’m truly inspired by your commitment to consistency and growth, even considering the busy month ahead. Taking a two-week vacation to recharge sounds amazing and well-deserved.
It’s impressive that you’re tackling the challenge of creating 3 TikTok videos per week. I think Vanessa’s BluePrint for Tik Tok Growth will be a tremendous asset for you. I completely agree – TikTok has become a powerful platform for reaching new audiences, and your approach of using it to grow your subscription base by the end of the year seems very strategic.
I love your attitude towards the marathon ahead and focusing on producing authoritative content. Your practical insights about TikTok’s algorithm and its potential to amplify your message were really enlightening.
I’m looking forward to seeing your videos! Rest assured, I’ll be giving you feedback to help make them even better. Keep up the incredible work, Marc! And enjoy your well-deserved vacation.
Here’s to your success and ours!
All the Best
Hi Ezequiel,
Thank you for your great comment and yes, I’m definitely looking to Vanessa and Atif regarding my Tik Tok videos and channel! Appreciate any future comments on these as well – getting better at something is definitely also being able to take constructive criticism and work with that to get better. Thank you again!
I’m growing more admiration of you – like others that are delving into the TikTok world.
It sounds like you’ve done some good setup prior to taking off, eh.
Congrats on taking some vacation time!
Thank you Robert!
Looking forward to time off and being able to still do some follow-up even on vacation!
Appreciate your continued support and wishing you all the best!
